You can request information, a precautionary suspension or removal. The request is registered with immediate acknowledgement and handled within the applicable legal deadlines.

We will acknowledge your request within a target of 48 business hours. When we reasonably verify the relationship, we apply a precautionary suspension immediately. We will resolve your request within a maximum of 15 calendar days, extendable when the complexity justifies it and in line with the one-month period foreseen by the GDPR (art. 12.3).

    This channel is grounded in articles 12 to 22 GDPR, articles 3 and 96 LOPDGDD and article 50 of the AI Act when applicable. Requests are kept only for the time strictly necessary to process them and, where appropriate, defend the decision taken (indicatively 6 years).

    If you know the identifier or the exact name of the replica, include it in the message; it will speed up the verification.
