I understand that LiveMemoriesAI creates virtual replicas using artificial intelligence: they are not the deceased person and do not retain their consciousness, but programs that imitate their way of expressing themselves from the materials provided. I understand that replicas can make mistakes, that the service does not replace professional psychological support, and that I can delete my account and my replicas at any time.

I declare, under my own responsibility, that I am authorised to create virtual replicas of the deceased people I register with the service because I am connected to the deceased by family or personal ties, an heir, or a person designated or authorised by those who are, under Article 3 of Organic Law 3/2018. I declare that I have the necessary permission to provide the materials I upload (photos, conversations, audio and other memories), and that I accept responsibility for any use made without authorisation, releasing LiveMemoriesAI from the obligation to verify this declaration and from the consequences of its falsity.
